NewClient portal, backlink and rank tracking and e-commerce monitoring are in the panel
WebJoiner

Let your clients see their services in their own portal.

The client portal opens with your brand: your client sees their services, support tickets, invoices and package features in one place. You decide who gets what with client packages.

What can you do?

  1. Separate client login, under your brand

Your client signs in to a portal of their own, not to your panel.

    • The portal opens with your logo and colours; infrastructure providers are never named in the interface.
    • You send invitations from the client card, one by one or in bulk; the link is single-use and valid for 7 days.
    • Clients set their own password and reset it themselves if they forget it; two-factor authentication is optional.
    • One person can access the portals of several companies with a single login and switch between them.
  2. Client packages

Decide what each client gets with a package.

    • You define the package's features (such as backups, uptime monitoring, SEO, business listings and social media) and its limits.
    • The portal shows only the pages in the package; neither the page nor the data of a disabled feature is available to the client.
    • If needed, you switch a feature on or off for a single client.
    • A client package can only include modules enabled in your reseller package; your existing clients keep what they see today.
  3. A wizard and a tour at first login

New resellers and new clients alike know where to start.

    • A step-by-step setup wizard for resellers: brand and logo, panel domain, client portal address, taking payments, first client, client packages and notifications.
    • The status of each step (done or missing) is shown; each step opens the related settings page.
    • A short portal tour for clients at first login: their services, support tickets, invoices and package features.
    • Both can be skipped and reopened later from the Help menu.
  4. Client login on your own website

Let your clients find the portal from your website.

    • A client login button and a link list (login, support ticket, invoices) are provided as ready-made code.
    • The code is plain HTML: no scripts or frames, so it is safe to add to your website.
    • You see a live preview before copying; where to paste it is explained for WordPress and other platforms.

What is in the portal?

The pages a client sees follow their package.

  • Services

Domain, hosting and SSL services with their expiry dates.

  • Support tickets

Opening tickets, replies and status tracking; your internal notes stay hidden.

  • Invoices

Invoices issued to the client are listed in the portal.

  • Backups

Sees their Google Drive backups if their package includes them.

  • SEO reports

SEO audits, Search Console, backlink and rank data, if their package includes them.

  • Business listings

Google Business Profile connection and business details, if their package includes them.

  • Social media approval

Approves posts that need their approval, or requests changes, in the portal.

  • Separate session

The portal session is separate from the panel session; clients cannot enter your panel.

Questions about the client portal

For all questions, see the FAQ page or message us on WhatsApp.

What does my client see in the client portal?

Your client signs in to the portal with their own email and password; the portal opens with your brand. They see their domain, hosting and SSL services, support tickets, invoices and package features (e.g. backups, uptime monitoring, SEO reports). You send portal invitations from the client card, one by one or in bulk; the invitation link is single-use and valid for 7 days. Details on the client portal page.

What are client packages?

Packages you define for your own clients: you decide which features are enabled (such as backups, monitoring, SEO, business listings and social media) and the limits (e.g. number of monitored sites, number of SEO sites). The pages a client sees in the portal follow their package; if needed, you switch a single feature on or off for one client. A client package can only include modules enabled in your reseller package.

Who must use two-step verification?

It is mandatory for admins, team members and resellers: login asks for the code generated by an authenticator app (TOTP), and recovery codes are issued at setup. In the client portal 2FA is optional.

Will my clients see the infrastructure provider?

The panel and client portal open only with your logo, your colors and your panel address; the names of WebJoiner and its infrastructure providers do not appear in the interface. You can set up child nameservers on your own domain (e.g. ns1.ajansiniz.com). That said, the domain's registrar is publicly visible in RDAP/WHOIS lookups, and the SSL certificate's issuer is publicly visible in the certificate details; by rule, these cannot be hidden.

Can my client enter my reseller panel?

No. Client login and panel login are separate: a client account signs in only to the portal, team and reseller accounts only to the panel. A portal session is not valid in the panel.

How do I invite my clients to the portal?

You send invitations from the Portal access section on the client card, or in bulk from the client list. The invitation email goes out with your brand; the link is single-use and valid for 7 days. You follow the sending status on the Delivery screen and resend if needed. You can suspend access or remove it completely.
