Terms governing the use of the webjoiner.com website.
Scope
These terms govern the use of the webjoiner.com website. By using the website, you agree that these terms apply to your use of the website.
Orders, balance top-ups and renewals placed through the panel are subject to the reseller service agreement approved electronically before the reseller account is opened and its annexes (the service level, acceptable use, data processing and refunds, cancellation and balance annexes), as well as the price list in effect. In the event of any discrepancy between these terms and the reseller agreement, the reseller agreement prevails.
Our services are offered only to businesses and self-employed professionals purchasing for commercial or professional purposes; no direct sales are made to consumers.

Information on the website
Screenshots on the website are representative images prepared with demo data. Features marked "Coming soon" and "beta" are not yet fully available. Prices are excl. VAT; current prices and terms are set out in the service agreement. Information on the website is for general promotional purposes and does not constitute an offer; the binding terms are set out in the reseller agreement.
The service level for the panel service (support hours, first response targets, notice of planned maintenance and incident communication) is governed by the service level annex to the reseller agreement; that annex does not commit to any availability (uptime) percentage and no service credits apply. The uptime monitoring feature described on the website monitors your clients' websites; it is not an availability commitment for WebJoiner services.
Intellectual property
All intellectual and industrial property rights in the WebJoiner name, logo and other distinctive signs, and in all content on the website, including texts, images, interface designs, screenshots and software, belong to WebJoiner or its licensors and are protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and Industrial Property Law No. 6769.
You may view the website content for personal information purposes and link to its pages with attribution. Otherwise, the content may not, in whole or in part, be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published or used for commercial purposes without WebJoiner's written permission; the WebJoiner trademark may not be used in a manner that suggests an affiliation with WebJoiner.
The panel software is not sold; resellers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the term of the reseller agreement and solely for use in their own business. Within the scope of this right, a reseller may give its own clients access only through the client portal and solely for the purpose of using their own services; it may not otherwise grant sublicenses. A service offered by a reseller under its own brand does not constitute a transfer of any rights in the software.
The names cPanel, WHM, Plesk, Cloudflare, Turnstile, Google, Google Business Profile, PageSpeed Insights, Yandex, Bing, IndexNow and WhatsApp mentioned on the website, and other third-party product names, are trademarks of their respective owners and are mentioned solely to indicate the products with which the panel works. The mention of these names does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement relationship with their owners.
Prohibited uses
The following are prohibited on the website and the panel: reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling aimed at obtaining the source code; attempts to circumvent security measures; unauthorized automated data collection (scraping); use that overloads or disrupts the service; uploading malware; unauthorized access to other persons' accounts or data; and hosting unlawful content. The rules to be followed in hosting services are set out in the acceptable use policy. The vulnerability disclosure rules below apply to good-faith security research.
Reporting unlawful content
Under Law No. 5651, WebJoiner is the hosting provider with respect to content hosted on its central servers and on servers it manages itself, and has no obligation to monitor such content in advance. You may report content you consider unlawful to satis@webjoiner.com, stating the full address of the content (URL), the grounds for its unlawfulness and your contact details. Reports and decisions of competent authorities are assessed within the periods prescribed by the relevant legislation. With respect to content hosted on resellers' own servers, the hosting provider is the relevant reseller.
Vulnerability disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability on the website or the panel, report it to satis@webjoiner.com, taking only such actions as are sufficient to verify the vulnerability, and without accessing other users' data, modifying data or disrupting the service. In your report, state the address where the vulnerability is located, the steps to reproduce it and its impact. We will not pursue legal action against good-faith reports that comply with these principles. Denial of service (DoS), social engineering, spam and physical tests are out of scope. Contact information is also published in the security.txt file.
Links to other websites
The website may contain links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. The content and personal data practices of these services are subject to their own terms; WebJoiner is not responsible for their content.
Limitation of liability
The website is prepared with care; however, it is not guaranteed that the content will be complete, up to date and error-free at all times or that the website will operate without interruption. The website is provided “as is”; it may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or technical reasons.
To the extent permitted by law, WebJoiner is not liable for indirect damages arising from decisions made in reliance on the information on the website or from the unavailability of the website. Liability in cases of WebJoiner's intent or gross negligence and in other cases where liability cannot be limited by law is reserved (Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, Art. 115). Liability and the service level relating to the panel service are governed by the reseller agreement.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page and applies to your use of the website from the date of publication. You may request previous versions by e-mail. This clause does not apply to amendments to the reseller agreement. Effective date and date of last update: 27.09.2026.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For disputes between merchants, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Central) have jurisdiction pursuant to Article 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100. For other users, the statutory rules of jurisdiction apply; the rights of users who qualify as consumers to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are reserved.
