Access details to your client in a ready-made message.

When setup is finished, the client details turn into a ready-made message from a template. You send it via WhatsApp or e-mail; the channel and time it went out are kept on the client card.

What can you do?

  1. Three ways to deliver

Choose the channel that reaches your client best.

    • WhatsApp link: WhatsApp opens with a ready-made message, and you send it.
    • WhatsApp Cloud API: the message is sent from the panel automatically.
    • E-mail: a templated e-mail goes out from your own SMTP account.
  2. Templates and warnings

Messages are built from templates you edit in Settings.

    • Client name, domain, username and panel address are filled into the template automatically.
    • If you want to include the password in the message, the panel warns you about the plain-text risk.
    • The delivery channel and time are saved to the client card.

What the Delivery module does

The same careful message for every client, without typing it by hand.

  • WhatsApp link

A link with a ready-made message is created based on the client's phone number.

  • WhatsApp Cloud API

Its key is stored encrypted in Settings; the message is sent from the panel.

  • E-mail via SMTP

Template-based delivery e-mail from your own sender address.

  • Editable templates

A separate template per channel; variables are filled in automatically.

  • Password warning

If the password is to be included, the panel warns you; the default choice is up to you.

  • Delivery log

Which client it was sent to, through which channel and when is all logged.

Questions about delivery

For all questions, see the FAQ page or message us on WhatsApp.

What is the difference between the WhatsApp link and the Cloud API?

With the link method, the panel prepares the message and opens WhatsApp, and you do the sending. With the Cloud API method, the message is sent from the panel automatically; this requires WhatsApp Cloud API access.

Is it safe to send the password in a message?

A plain-text password stays in the message history. The panel warns you when you choose this; we recommend sending the password through a separate channel.

Whose name are delivery messages sent under?

E-mail goes out from the SMTP account you entered in Settings. With the WhatsApp link, you send the message from your own WhatsApp.
