Local and Remote routing
The panel configures routing based on whether mail runs on the same server or a separate one.
- On the same server, Local routing is set up.
- On a separate mail server, Remote routing is set up; the web server does not accept incoming mail for itself.

Mail Health checks four records
Each check shows the expected value and the value found side by side.
MX
Checks that incoming mail reaches the right server.
SPF
Verifies the record that lists authorized sending servers; detects multiple SPF records.
DKIM
The signing key is generated automatically; the panel checks that the DNS record matches the expected value.
DMARC
Shows when the policy record is missing; the panel can add it.
Mail Health shows whether records are correct; it does not guarantee that e-mails will reach the recipient.

Are DKIM, SPF and DMARC set up automatically?
Yes. During mail setup a DKIM key is generated, and SPF and DMARC records are written according to the DNS mode. If DNS is hosted with an external provider, you get a ready-made list of the records to enter.
What does "Fix issues" do?
It previews, on a single screen, the DNS changes needed for the issues Mail Health found: it merges multiple SPF records into one, adds a missing DKIM or DMARC record, and corrects conflicting records. Changes are applied with your approval and written to the audit log.
Can mail run on a separate server?
Yes. If mail is on the same server, Local routing is set up; if it is on a separate server, Remote routing is set up, and the expected MX, SPF and DKIM records are listed.
What does Mail Health check?
It compares MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records with their expected values and shows what is missing or wrong. This check shows whether records are correct; it does not guarantee e-mail delivery.
Will the panel break my existing DNS records?
The panel detects conflicting records and multiple SPF records, and suggests fixes. No record changes without your approval, and every change is written to the audit log.
