What does your reseller package determine?
Your package is decided together during the application meeting.
Quota
Limits for clients, domains, hosting and SEO audits are defined in your package; some items have an unlimited option.
Pricing rule
You set your own profit margin on top of cost, plus custom prices per product.
Server policy
Your package determines which servers you can open accounts on. When you reach your quota, you move up to a higher package instantly.
Reseller-specific settings
If needed, a quota or pricing adjustment specific to you alone is applied on top of the package.
Module selection
Which modules are enabled is set separately for each package; you turn off the ones you don't need.
Your own accounts
If you prefer, you can run modules such as domain, Cloudflare, SMTP and SSL with your own accounts.
Add-on modules
Some modules are added to your package for an extra fee; you pay only for what you use.
Custom package
For resellers with special requirements, packages available only to them are prepared.
Servers: your own or ours
Three options are available in the panel today: central servers, servers we manage exclusively for you, or your own WHM server. You add your own server to the panel; when you need capacity, you request additional quota or a dedicated server from the panel.
Choice
You use our central servers, add your own WHM server to the panel, or request a server dedicated to you.
Request
You open a server request from the panel: additional quota on a central server, or a WHM dedicated to you and managed by us.
Review
The request is reviewed; additional information is requested from you if needed.
Price and approval
The price is sent to you, and the request is approved once you accept.
Completed
The capacity is assigned to your account. Every status change appears in the request's history.

What exactly does WebJoiner sell?
A hosting and domain reseller program running on WebJoiner's infrastructure. Hosting servers, DNS and provider agreements are on our side; you can also connect your own server if you wish. You sell under your own brand, set up your clients with the panel's wizard, and then run SSL, backups, monitoring, SEO audits and support from the same panel.
Will my clients see the infrastructure provider?
The panel and client portal open only with your logo, your colors and your panel address; the names of WebJoiner and its infrastructure providers do not appear in the interface. You can set up child nameservers on your own domain (e.g. ns1.ajansiniz.com). That said, the domain's registrar is publicly visible in RDAP/WHOIS lookups, and the SSL certificate's issuer is publicly visible in the certificate details; by rule, these cannot be hidden.
Can I connect my own WHM server or Cloudflare account?
Yes, you can connect both today. You add your own cPanel/WHM server to the panel and create your clients' hosting accounts there. When you connect your own Cloudflare account, DNS records are written to the zones in that account. If you don't have your own server, you use our central servers or request a dedicated server managed by us from the panel.
What if I need more server capacity?
If your quota is full, you can upgrade to a higher package instantly from the panel. For larger needs, you open a server request: extra quota on the central server, or a dedicated WHM server managed by us. The request is reviewed, the price is sent to you and it is completed with your approval. If you have your own server, you can add it to the panel as well.
How flexible are the packages?
Which modules are enabled is set separately for each package. If you like, you can run modules such as Domain, Cloudflare, SMTP and SSL with your own accounts. Some modules can be added to your package for an extra fee; a package available only to you can also be prepared for special needs.
How does domain registration work?
Domains are searched and registered from the panel through our central domain registration infrastructure; the price comes from your reseller pricing rule. WHOIS privacy is on by default for supported extensions; for some extensions it cannot be offered or is restricted due to registry rules.
Is there a contract?
Yes. The Reseller Service Agreement and the Service Level Annex (SLA) are published on the site; the term, renewal and termination conditions are written in the agreement. The agreement is accepted electronically in the panel when your reseller account is opened.
