Transparent prices, written terms.

The reseller program starts from ₺599/month. Prices exclude VAT; current prices and terms are set out in the service agreement. Prices for higher packages, domain extensions and SSL certificates are on the pricing page.

Every order and renewal is made at the current price shown in the panel at that time; the price of a period that has already been paid for does not change afterwards. We notify you of changes to package and module fees by e-mail and panel notification at least 30 days before they take effect; if you do not accept the change, you may terminate the agreement, or only the relevant package or module, before the effective date without paying any additional fee, and the old price applies until the end of the paid period. Domain and SSL prices may change depending on provider costs and exchange rates; the amount that will apply at renewal is shown in the panel before the renewal.

You can pay by secure card payment or by bank transfer (EFT). Card payments are processed through the infrastructure of a licensed payment institution; we do not see or store your card details. You top up your balance (wallet) in the panel; if you wish, domain, hosting and SSL renewals are paid automatically from your balance.

Yes. Auto-renewal from your balance is optional; if it is off, you start renewals yourself. If your balance is insufficient, the renewal is not carried out and the service may end on its expiry date; for domain names, this may result in the loss of the domain.

No. The balance can only be used within the panel: for purchasing services, renewals, package fees and paying WebJoiner invoices. It does not earn interest, cannot be converted to cash, cannot be transferred to another account, and unused balance is not refunded when the agreement ends. No refunds are made to a card or bank account: all refunds, including for domain name, transfer and SSL transactions that could not be completed, were rejected or were cancelled, pro-rated amounts and erroneous charges, are credited to your balance. WebJoiner issues invoices for the payments you make to WebJoiner: balance top-ups are invoiced at the time of top-up, and no separate invoice is issued for spending from your balance; for products and services bought directly by card, an invoice is issued for the product concerned. If you are registered for e-Invoice, an e-Invoice is issued; otherwise an e-Archive invoice is issued, and a copy is sent to your registered e-mail address. For your own clients, the panel prepares draft invoices; after you approve a draft, it is issued in your name through your own e-Invoice / e-Archive integrator account. Billing details are collected as individual or corporate, according to the company type.

Both. If the recipient is registered for e-Invoice, an e-Invoice is issued; otherwise, an e-Archive invoice. The choice is based on the details in the billing identity. An e-Invoice is delivered through the e-Invoice system; an e-Archive invoice is sent by e-mail. Both can be viewed in the panel.

If an amount due cannot be collected from your balance, we send reminders by e-mail and panel notification; services continue uninterrupted for 7 days from the due date. If payment is not made within this period, the service concerned may be suspended; suspension only restricts access to the panel and client portal, and your clients' live sites and e-mails stay online. Once payment is completed, the suspension is lifted automatically. Suspension does not block the renewal or transfer of domain names on the grounds of other unpaid services; a domain name is not renewed as long as its renewal fee remains unpaid. Yes. When your quota is full, you upgrade to a higher package from the panel; the new quotas take effect instantly. The difference for the remaining days of the current period is charged to your balance at the time of the upgrade.

Which modules are enabled is set separately for each package. If you like, you can run modules such as Domain, Cloudflare, SMTP and SSL with your own accounts. Some modules can be added to your package for an extra fee; a package available only to you can also be prepared for special needs.

Yes. The Reseller Service Agreement and the Service Level Annex (SLA) are published on the site; the term, renewal and termination conditions are written in the agreement. The agreement is accepted electronically in the panel when your reseller account is opened.

You can request a demo account when you apply. The demo account is time-limited and runs in safe mode: no real hosting is created, no DNS is written, no domains are purchased and no messages are sent.
