Questions about social media
For all questions, see the FAQ page or message us on WhatsApp.
What does the social media module do?
You prepare posts for your clients' Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts, plan them on the calendar and publish them on time; if you like, a post goes to the client for approval before publishing. Accounts are connected through Meta's official login and no passwords are shared. The module is in beta: it is offered as early access until Meta's app review is complete. YouTube is next. Details on the social media page.
What are client packages?
Packages you define for your own clients: you decide which features are enabled (such as backups, monitoring, SEO, business listings and social media) and the limits (e.g. number of monitored sites, number of SEO sites). The pages a client sees in the portal follow their package; if needed, you switch a single feature on or off for one client. A client package can only include modules enabled in your reseller package.
Are files uploaded to the panel scanned?
Yes. Store files and images and support attachments are scanned with ClamAV antivirus. If a scan cannot be performed, the file is not treated as clean: the upload is rejected or held back from publication. If malware is found, it is recorded as a security event and a critical notification goes to our team.
What can my team see?
Team members set up and manage clients within their role permissions; they can reveal a hosting password and every reveal is written to the audit log. They cannot see WHM, Cloudflare and domain provider keys, settings or reseller management. You invite team members by e-mail; the invitation link is single-use and valid for 72 hours.
