Reseller program and application

What exactly does WebJoiner sell?

A hosting and domain reseller program running on WebJoiner's infrastructure. Hosting servers, DNS and provider agreements are on our side; you can also connect your own server if you wish. You sell under your own brand, set up your clients with the panel's wizard, and then run SSL, backups, monitoring, SEO audits and support from the same panel.

Who is it for?

For web agencies that provide hosting, domains and e-mail to their clients along with their websites, and for freelancers or small teams that want to sell hosting. WebJoiner is offered only to businesses and freelancers who purchase services for commercial or professional purposes; no direct sales are made to consumers. When you sell to your own clients, you are the seller; distance selling and pre-contractual information obligations toward your consumer clients are your responsibility.

Will my clients see the infrastructure provider?

The panel and client portal open only with your logo, your colors and your panel address; the names of WebJoiner and its infrastructure providers do not appear in the interface. You can set up child nameservers on your own domain (e.g. ns1.ajansiniz.com). That said, the domain's registrar is publicly visible in RDAP/WHOIS lookups, and the SSL certificate's issuer is publicly visible in the certificate details; by rule, these cannot be hidden.

How do I apply?

Just message us on WhatsApp or by e-mail, or fill in the contact form. In an introductory meeting we share the price list and the agreement, and then your reseller account is opened. The contact page lists the information we recommend including in your application.

How do I get a demo account?

You can request a demo account when you apply. The demo account is time-limited and runs in safe mode: no real hosting is created, no DNS is written, no domains are purchased and no messages are sent.

Infrastructure and hosting

Can I connect my own WHM server or Cloudflare account?

Yes, you can connect both today. You add your own cPanel/WHM server to the panel and create your clients' hosting accounts there. When you connect your own Cloudflare account, DNS records are written to the zones in that account. If you don't have your own server, you use our central servers or request a dedicated server managed by us from the panel.

Is Plesk supported?

Yes. The panel works with cPanel/WHM and Plesk servers; account creation, suspension, package changes and panel login work on both platforms.

Can I move my existing clients?

Existing cPanel accounts on a server can be imported into the panel, and domains can be brought into the panel via incoming transfer. For sites at another provider, we decide on the migration method together during the introductory call.

What if I need more server capacity?

If your quota is full, you can upgrade to a higher package instantly from the panel. For larger needs, you open a server request: extra quota on the central server, or a dedicated WHM server managed by us. The request is reviewed, the price is sent to you and it is completed with your approval. If you have your own server, you can add it to the panel as well.

How do I log in to my client's cPanel?

With one click from the hosting list. The panel opens a single-use session each time; no password needs to be shared.

Domain and DNS

How does domain registration work?

Domains are searched and registered from the panel through our central domain registration infrastructure; the price comes from your reseller pricing rule. WHOIS privacy is on by default for supported extensions; for some extensions it cannot be offered or is restricted due to registry rules.

Can domains be transferred?

Yes. You can transfer a domain from another company into the panel (inbound transfer) and move a domain out when needed (outbound transfer). Transfer lock, contact details and child nameservers are also managed from the panel.

Can I track the expiry of domains registered elsewhere?

Yes. The expiry date of external domains you add to the panel is read via RDAP/WHOIS lookup; upcoming expiries show up on the monitoring screen and in notifications.

Do I have to use Cloudflare?

No. It also works with server DNS or an external provider. In Cloudflare mode, the panel writes the records itself and the web server's IP is hidden.

What if the domain is registered with another company?

You add the domain to the panel and continue with setup. The panel reads the domain's nameservers and suggests the right DNS mode; for an external provider, it lists the records you need to create.

Will the panel break my existing DNS records?

The panel detects conflicting records and multiple SPF records, and suggests fixes. No record changes without your approval, and every change is written to the audit log.

E-mail

Can mail run on a separate server?

Yes. If mail is on the same server, Local routing is set up; if it is on a separate server, Remote routing is set up, and the expected MX, SPF and DKIM records are listed.

Are DKIM, SPF and DMARC set up automatically?

Yes. During mail setup a DKIM key is generated, and SPF and DMARC records are written according to the DNS mode. If DNS is hosted with an external provider, you get a ready-made list of the records to enter.

What does Mail Health check?

It compares MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records with their expected values and shows what is missing or wrong. This check shows whether records are correct; it does not guarantee e-mail delivery.

What does "Fix issues" do?

It previews, on a single screen, the DNS changes needed for the issues Mail Health found: it merges multiple SPF records into one, adds a missing DKIM or DMARC record, and corrects conflicting records. Changes are applied with your approval and written to the audit log.

SSL, backups and monitoring

How is an SSL certificate installed?

You buy a domain-validated (DV) certificate from the panel. Validation runs automatically via DNS, file or e-mail; the issued certificate is installed on the cPanel account automatically. As expiry approaches, you get a renewal reminder.

Where are backups stored?

Full-account backups are sent to the SFTP or FTP storage defined in the panel, so backups are kept separately from the hosting server. You set the schedule and how many backups to keep with a retention policy. You get an alert when a backup fails; a restore starts only with your approval.

What does monitoring check, and where do notifications go?

It regularly checks site availability (uptime), SSL and domain expiry dates, DNS records and mail records. An issue is opened as an incident; notifications arrive in the app, by e-mail and on WhatsApp. If you like, you get a daily summary.

SEO audit

What do the SEO scores mean?

The audit finds pages by following the links on the site and reviews each page with checks based on the webmaster guidelines published by Google, Yandex and Bing. Each search engine gets a separate compliance score, showing how closely the guidelines' recommendations are followed. These scores are not the search engines' own ratings and do not guarantee rankings; they show what should be fixed first.

What do I need for Core Web Vitals measurement?

Just add your own Google PageSpeed Insights API key to the panel. Measurements are made with your key and added to the audit results.

Can I offer the SEO audit to my clients?

Yes. The audit runs in your reseller panel, which opens under your own brand; you pass the findings and fix recommendations on to your client. The number of audits you get is defined in your reseller package.

Is there Google Business Profile management?

Our application for Google Business Profile API access, needed for the Business listings module (replying to reviews, scheduling posts and metrics on Google Business Profile; a feed for Yandex), is under review. Until it is decided, the module is marked coming soon.

Team, security and data

Is my data secure?

The panel runs behind Cloudflare, and the login screen is protected against bot attacks with Cloudflare Turnstile. 2FA is mandatory for admin accounts, and the team works with role-based permissions. Provider credentials and hosting passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, every action is kept in an append-only log, and each reseller's data is kept separate. Details on the security page.

What can my team see?

Team members handle setup and management within their role permissions; they can reveal hosting passwords, and every reveal is written to the audit log. They cannot see WHM, Cloudflare or domain provider keys, settings or reseller management.

Can my client data mix with other resellers' data?

No. Each reseller's clients, services and records are kept separately; a reseller sees only their own clients.

How are passwords stored?

Panel user passwords are hashed with argon2id. Hosting passwords and provider credentials are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM.

How does the panel help with my KVKK obligations?

The panel was designed with KVKK-compliant data processing, taking into account the data security obligations under KVKK (Law No. 6698): personal data is collected only to the extent needed for the service, each reseller's data is kept separately, secrets are encrypted, and access is written to the audit log. You are the data controller for your clients' data; WebJoiner acts as data processor on your instructions, and this relationship is governed by the data processing annex of the Reseller Agreement. We make no claim of certification or official approval. The privacy notice is on the KVKK page.

Payment and contract

What does it cost, and is VAT included?

The reseller program starts from ₺599/month. Prices exclude VAT; current prices and terms are set out in the service agreement. Prices for higher packages, domain extensions and SSL certificates are on the pricing page.

What happens if prices change?

Every order and renewal is made at the current price shown in the panel at that time; the price of a period that has already been paid for does not change afterwards. We notify you of changes to package and module fees by e-mail and panel notification at least 30 days before they take effect; if you do not accept the change, you may terminate the agreement, or only the relevant package or module, before the effective date without paying any additional fee, and the old price applies until the end of the paid period. Domain and SSL prices may change depending on provider costs and exchange rates; the amount that will apply at renewal is shown in the panel before the renewal.

How do I pay?

You can pay by secure card payment or by bank transfer (EFT). Card payments are processed through the infrastructure of a licensed payment institution; we do not see or store your card details. You top up your balance (wallet) in the panel; if you wish, domain, hosting and SSL renewals are paid automatically from your balance.

Can I turn off auto-renewal?

Yes. Auto-renewal from your balance is optional; if it is off, you start renewals yourself. If your balance is insufficient, the renewal is not carried out and the service may end on its expiry date; for domain names, this may result in the loss of the domain.

Is my balance refundable?

No. The balance can only be used within the panel: for purchasing services, renewals, package fees and paying WebJoiner invoices. It does not earn interest, cannot be converted to cash, cannot be transferred to another account, and unused balance is not refunded when the agreement ends. No refunds are made to a card or bank account: all refunds, including for domain name, transfer and SSL transactions that could not be completed, were rejected or were cancelled, pro-rated amounts and erroneous charges, are credited to your balance. Details are in the refunds, cancellation and balance policy.

How are invoices created?

WebJoiner issues invoices for the payments you make to WebJoiner: balance top-ups are invoiced at the time of top-up, and no separate invoice is issued for spending from your balance; for products and services bought directly by card, an invoice is issued for the product concerned. If you are registered for e-Invoice, an e-Invoice is issued; otherwise an e-Archive invoice is issued, and a copy is sent to your registered e-mail address. For your own clients, the panel prepares draft invoices; after you approve a draft, it is issued in your name through your own e-Invoice / e-Archive integrator account. Billing details are collected as individual or corporate, according to the company type.

Is an e-Invoice or an e-Archive invoice issued?

Both. If the recipient is registered for e-Invoice, an e-Invoice is issued; otherwise, an e-Archive invoice. The choice is based on the details in the billing identity. An e-Invoice is delivered through the e-Invoice system; an e-Archive invoice is sent by e-mail. Both can be viewed in the panel.

What happens if a payment is late?

If an amount due cannot be collected from your balance, we send reminders by e-mail and panel notification; services continue uninterrupted for 7 days from the due date. If payment is not made within this period, the service concerned may be suspended; suspension only restricts access to the panel and client portal, and your clients' live sites and e-mails stay online. Once payment is completed, the suspension is lifted automatically. Suspension does not block the renewal or transfer of domain names on the grounds of other unpaid services; a domain name is not renewed as long as its renewal fee remains unpaid. Details are in Article 8 of the Reseller Agreement.

Can I upgrade to a higher package?

Yes. When your quota is full, you upgrade to a higher package from the panel; the new quotas take effect instantly. The difference for the remaining days of the current period is charged to your balance at the time of the upgrade.

How flexible are the packages?

Which modules are enabled is set separately for each package. If you like, you can run modules such as Domain, Cloudflare, SMTP and SSL with your own accounts. Some modules can be added to your package for an extra fee; a package available only to you can also be prepared for special needs.

Is there a contract?

Yes. The Reseller Service Agreement and the Service Level Annex (SLA) are published on the site; the term, renewal and termination conditions are written in the agreement. The agreement is accepted electronically in the panel when your reseller account is opened.
