Acceptable use policy

Scope

This policy applies to the use of hosting, e-mail, domain name and other services provided on WebJoiner's central servers and on the servers it manages itself, and constitutes Annex 2 of the Reseller Agreement. Resellers are obliged to enforce on their own clients rules at least equivalent to these rules. The reseller is responsible for the content and use on its own server connected to the panel.

Prohibited content

• content constituting the offenses listed in Article 8 of Law No. 5651 and other content that is unlawful under Turkish law,
• content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights,
• phishing pages, and content that impersonates others or is intended for fraud,
• malware, viruses, backdoors, or content that facilitates their distribution,
• content that unlawfully collects, publishes or sells personal data.

Prohibited uses

• Sending unsolicited bulk e-mail (spam), sending to purchased or improperly collected lists, and exceeding the sending limits specified in the package or server policy,
• cryptocurrency mining,
• operating an open proxy, open relay or VPN exit node,
• network scanning, attacks, denial of service (DoS) or unauthorized access attempts directed at other systems,
• excessive use of resources (CPU, memory, disk, connections) to an extent that affects other users sharing the server,
• attempts to circumvent the service's security measures.

Notice and takedown

You may report any content or use that you believe violates this policy to satis@webjoiner.com, stating the relevant address (URL, domain name or IP), the grounds for the violation and your contact details. As a hosting provider under Law No. 5651, WebJoiner evaluates reports and the decisions of competent authorities within the periods prescribed by the relevant legislation; where necessary, it forwards them to the relevant reseller and ensures that the content is removed or access to it is blocked.

Sanctions

Depending on the severity of the violation, a warning, suspension of the relevant service and, in the event of repeated or serious violations, termination of the agreement may be applied progressively. In cases of phishing, malware, network attacks or other situations directly affecting other users, the service may be temporarily suspended without prior notice in order to prevent the damage from spreading; in such a case, the reseller is informed without delay. Suspension is not used to prevent the renewal or transfer of domain names.

Cooperation with official authorities

As a hosting provider, WebJoiner retains traffic data in accordance with Law No. 5651 and complies with lawful requests from competent authorities. The processing of personal data relating to these records is explained in the KVKK privacy notice.

Changes

This policy may be updated; the current text is published on this page. The amendment procedure set out in the Reseller Agreement is reserved. Effective and last updated: 27.09.2026.
