    See your clients' stores on different platforms in the same list.

    • Orders from ikas, IdeaSoft and Ticimax stores are listed with common statuses: preparing, shipped, delivered, returned.
    • Filter by store or platform; an order and revenue summary on the overview.
    • Stuck orders and payment errors arrive as notifications.

  2. Product and stock tracking

    Know before stock runs out.

    • Products and variants with their SKUs and barcodes; stock per location on Ticimax.
    • The low-stock threshold is set per store or per product; sold-out products are flagged separately.
    • Low-stock and sold-out products reach you as notifications.

  3. Read-only, secure connection

    The panel monitors the store and makes no changes to it.

    • Each platform is connected through its official method: with the store's authorisation on ikas and IdeaSoft, and with the store's web service authorisation code on Ticimax.
    • Connection details are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
    • Customers' personal data is masked in lists; only authorised team members can see it unmasked.
    • You are notified if the connection breaks or authorisation is lost.

Which platforms does e-commerce monitoring work with?

Today ikas, IdeaSoft and Ticimax. You connect your client's store to the panel; orders, products, stock, customers and returns are read regularly, and situations such as low stock or stuck orders arrive as notifications. The connection is read-only: the panel changes nothing in the store. OpenCart support is on the roadmap. Details on the e-commerce monitoring page.

How does the panel help with my KVKK obligations?

The panel was designed with KVKK-compliant data processing, taking into account the data security obligations under KVKK (Law No. 6698): personal data is collected only to the extent needed for the service, each reseller's data is kept separately, secrets are encrypted, and access is written to the audit log. You are the data controller for your clients' data; WebJoiner acts as data processor on your instructions, and this relationship is governed by the data processing annex of the Reseller Agreement. Can my client data mix with other resellers' data?

No. Each reseller's clients, services and records are kept separately; a reseller sees only their own clients.

How flexible are the packages?

Each package defines which modules are switched on: Google Drive backup, security controls, mail migration, search engine tools and more. If you like, you run modules such as domain, Cloudflare, SMTP and SSL with your own accounts. Some modules can be added to your package for an extra fee; for special needs, a package open only to you can be prepared.
