Spot issues before your client notices.

Sites, certificates, domains, DNS and mail records are checked regularly; when something goes wrong, you are notified in the app, by e-mail and on WhatsApp. Full account backups run on schedule, too, to separate storage.

What can you do?

  1. Five types of checks, one screen

Your clients' services are checked regularly.

    • Uptime: is the site reachable?
    • SSL and domain: how many days until expiry? External domains included.
    • DNS: do records match their expected values?
    • Mail: are MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC in place?
  2. Incidents and notifications

An issue is opened as an incident, and you are notified.

    • In-app, e-mail and WhatsApp notifications.
    • Incidents are tracked in a single list; resolved incidents are closed.
    • A daily summary: upcoming expirations, failed backups, open incidents.
  3. Scheduled full account backups

Backups are kept in storage separate from the hosting server.

    • Full cPanel account backup to SFTP or FTP storage.
    • Schedule and retention policy: you decide how many backups to keep.
    • You get an alert for a failed backup.
  4. Approved restore

A restore cannot be undone; the panel tells you this clearly.

    • You are shown first which backup will be restored to which account.
    • The restore does not start without your approval.
    • The action is written to the audit log along with the person who performed it.

What is monitored?

Each check opens an issue as an incident and sends a notification.

  • Uptime

Site availability is checked at regular intervals.

  • SSL expiry

Sites whose certificates are about to expire are listed in advance.

  • Domain expiry

Expiry dates of domains registered through the panel or with another company.

  • DNS

Whether records deviate from their expected values.

  • Mail records

MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC; if there is an issue, you fix it from Mail Health.

  • Backup status

Failed backups reach you as incidents and notifications.

Questions about monitoring and backups

For all questions, see the FAQ page or message us on WhatsApp.

What does monitoring check, and where do notifications go?

It regularly checks site availability (uptime), SSL and domain expiry dates, DNS records and mail records. An issue is opened as an incident; notifications arrive in the app, by e-mail and on WhatsApp. If you like, you get a daily summary.

Where are backups stored?

Full-account backups are sent to the SFTP or FTP storage defined in the panel, so backups are kept separately from the hosting server. You set the schedule and how many backups to keep with a retention policy. You get an alert when a backup fails; a restore starts only with your approval.

How does a restore work?

You pick a backup from the backup list; the panel shows which dated backup will be restored to which account. The restore does not start without your approval and is written to the audit log.

Don't monitor your clients' services blindly; let the panel do it.

Send us your application, and we'll open your panel together in an intro call.
