We have no cookies of our own. The CDN security layer may set a security cookie only for suspicious traffic; the panel uses only session and interface-preference cookies.
Does this site use cookies?
We have no cookies of our own: webjoiner.com does not place cookies on your browser, does not load any analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools, and does not load resources such as fonts or scripts from other servers. The only information we store in your browser is the wj-annc entry described below, which is not a cookie.
The CDN and security service provider that serves the site may, however, place the security cookies listed below, and only for traffic suspected of being an attack or a bot. These cookies are not used for any purpose other than ensuring secure access to the site. Accordingly, we consider that they do not require explicit consent under the criteria set out in the Personal Data Protection Authority's Guidelines on Cookie Practices, and we do not display a cookie consent banner.
The only information stored in the browser
When you close the announcement bar at the top of the page, only the short code of the closed announcement is written to your browser's local storage (localStorage) under the name wj-annc, in order to remember this preference. This is not a cookie; it is not sent to our server, does not identify you and is not used for any other purpose. It is created only when you click the button and provides a function you have expressly requested (not showing the announcement again). You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data; once deleted, the announcement will appear again.
The Authority's cookie guidelines do not contain guidance on similar technologies such as local storage; we nevertheless disclose it for the sake of transparency.
Cookies of the CDN and security layer
The site and the panel are served through a CDN and security service provider. This provider may place the following cookies, only for traffic suspected of being an attack or a bot; which of them is placed depends on the provider's security settings:

The bot verification tool on the panel login screen also belongs to the same provider and may use these security cookies during verification. Data processed through these cookies is processed abroad; details are in the KVKK privacy notice.
How do we measure?
The short source codes added to WhatsApp and e-mail links (for example [WJ-HERO]) only let us see which page you contacted us from. The code is visible in the message you send and you can delete it; nothing is saved to your browser. The purpose and legal basis of this processing are set out in the KVKK privacy notice.
Reseller panel (panel.webjoiner.com)
The panel uses only first-party cookies; there are no advertising or analytics cookies. Apart from the strictly necessary session cookie, the cookies only remember an interface preference you have made.
__Host-wpanel_session(strictly necessary): keeps you logged in. It is sent only over HTTPS and cannot be read by scripts; it is valid for a maximum of 24 hours and expires earlier upon inactivity. CSRF protection for requests that modify data is also tied to this session; no separate cookie is set for the CSRF token.sidebar_state(interface preference): remembers whether you left the side menu open or closed; it is created when you change the menu yourself and is valid for 7 days.theme_preset,theme_radius,theme_scale,theme_content_layout(interface preference): created when you change the display settings from their defaults and valid for 1 year; deleted when you revert to the defaults.
How can you manage cookies?
You can view, delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you block the panel's session cookie, you will not be able to log in to the panel; the site, however, works fully without cookies.
Changes
If a new cookie or similar technology is added to the site or the panel, this page will be updated; if a cookie requiring explicit consent is added, your consent will be requested before the cookie is placed, and rejecting will be made as easy as accepting. Effective and last updated: 27.09.2026.
