How does domain registration work?

Domains are searched and registered from the panel through our central domain registration infrastructure; the price comes from your reseller pricing rule. WHOIS privacy is on by default for supported extensions; for some extensions it cannot be offered or is restricted due to registry rules.

Can domains be transferred?

Yes. You can transfer a domain from another company into the panel (inbound transfer) and move a domain out when needed (outbound transfer). Transfer lock, contact details and child nameservers are also managed from the panel.

Can I track the expiry of domains registered elsewhere?

Yes. The expiry date of external domains you add to the panel is read via RDAP/WHOIS lookup; upcoming expiries show up on the monitoring screen and in notifications.

What if the domain is registered with another company?

You add the domain to the panel and continue with setup. The panel reads the domain's nameservers and suggests the right DNS mode; for an external provider, it lists the records you need to create.

Will my clients see the infrastructure provider?

The panel and client portal open only with your logo, your colors and your panel address; the names of WebJoiner and its infrastructure providers do not appear in the interface. You can set up child nameservers on your own domain (e.g. ns1.ajansiniz.com). That said, the domain's registrar is publicly visible in RDAP/WHOIS lookups, and the SSL certificate's issuer is publicly visible in the certificate details; by rule, these cannot be hidden.
