How is an SSL certificate installed?
You buy a domain-validated (DV) certificate from the panel. Validation runs automatically via DNS, file or e-mail; the issued certificate is installed on the cPanel account automatically. As expiry approaches, you get a renewal reminder.
Which certificate types are available?
Currently, domain-validated (DV) certificates are available: single-domain and wildcard. Reseller prices are on the pricing page; your own pricing rule sets the selling price.
How does certificate renewal work?
As the expiry date approaches, the panel sends a reminder; it also appears on the certificate monitoring screen. You start the renewal from the panel, and validation and installation again run automatically.
Will my clients see the infrastructure provider?
The panel and client portal open only with your logo, your colors and your panel address; the names of WebJoiner and its infrastructure providers do not appear in the interface. You can set up child nameservers on your own domain (e.g. ns1.ajansiniz.com). That said, the domain's registrar is publicly visible in RDAP/WHOIS lookups, and the SSL certificate's issuer is publicly visible in the certificate details; by rule, these cannot be hidden.
